Immigration Policy
Strict border control, halting illegal immigration and safeguarding national sovereignty.
Our Positions on the Immigration Issue
.For the Greek state, anyone who arrives uninvited, violating the borders, will be considered an invader and a perpetrator of a felony.
.They will be arrested-imprisoned and will perform hard labour until they are deported.
.Whoever supports, aids or interferes with these procedures will be considered an enemy of the Greek state.
.If he is a Greek, he will be deprived of political rights and deported.
.If he is a foreigner, he will be considered an undesirable person.
.Foreigners coming from non-European countries as well as from countries hostile to Greece and neighbouring it, who have entered the country in the last 40 years having acquired political rights, will be deprived of political rights and citizenship.
.A Greek shall be considered one who is of Greek descent through his parents, not one born here.
.Greek citizenship will be revoked from those who are not of Greek descent.
.All these will apply with respect for human rights, which are non-negotiable. However, political rights and citizenship will belong only to Greeks.
.No ownership of land or house is recognised for foreigners. Instead, the eminent domain of houses and land found in the hands of aliens passes exclusively to the Greek state.
.A constitutional provision is required that will secure the national sovereignty of the Greeks in the state.
.Those who participated in granting citizenships in the last 40 years will be investigated on charges of conspiracy. Those who sided with open borders and integrations will be stripped of citizenship and tried for conspiracy against the fatherland.
.Granting citizenship may be done individually by decision of the supreme ruler of the country and only in exceptional cases of service to Greece.
